SPAS Project conducted a two days meeting 7_8 Nov 2022 at police club. The purpose of the meeting was to assess and evaluate the project activities implementation and to identify weak points difficulties and challenges faced project main partners FNC, ARC, RPGA, WRC, WCGA as well as the tow NGOs SUDIA. Who are leading coordination with communities HESNER /UNDP, who One implementing communities. involvements the participates include officers from states and at federal level.
The meeting resulted includes:
_ Agreement between all partners to work together as _ a one team that will contribute to CBNRM and SLM.
_ Solving the communities all related issues and provision of land to CBNRM.
_ 2023 Action plan Proposals were given by partners.
_ The social and safeguard guidelines mechanism of complaints, through local focal point was also agreed upon.
_ The coordinator and M&E consultant should monitor all the work all levels.
